You Can Make This Cake Without Measuring Cups

I love baking, but I really hate all the dishes it seems to dirty. There are mixing bowls, spoons, spatulas and measuring cups, and sometimes I just don’t want to deal with all of that. Luckily, Food52 has a recipe that lets you leave the measuring cups in the cabinet, and I’m pretty obsessed.

Click the link below for the recipe, but the measuring method is what impressed me. The cake gets it moist texture from Greek yogurt but, once the container is relieved of its dairy, the yogurt container is used as the unit of measurement for all other ingredients (except eggs). Even better, everything is mixed in one bowl, making this a super streamlined, minimal mess baking project.
